Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am and Beam Global Spirits & Wine announce continued partnership in 2010
Strategic Partnership Includes the Red Stag by Jim Beam™ Challenge at Tampa’s Champions Tour Event
Tampa, FL –January 26, 2010- Today, the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am and Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc. [Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE:FO)], a global leader in premium spirits, announced that they will join together for the second straight year to sponsor the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am. The partnership allows Beam Global to become a Founding Sponsor as well as the official spirit of the 2010 Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am held April 12-18 at TPC Tampa Bay.

As Founding Sponsor, Beam Global has exclusive naming rights to the 16th hole hospitality pavilion that is one of three making up the Green-Hopper Party Pass. This venue will now be known as the Red Stag by Jim Beam™ Stag’s Trail featuring the Red Stag by Jim Beam™ brand. The agreement also includes the title sponsorship of the Pro-Am event on Wednesday and Thursday of tournament week, the Red Stag by Jim Beam™ Challenge.

The Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am was the first-ever winner of the inaugural Champions Tour President's Award (2006) that is given to the event that best exemplifies the Champions Tour commitment to presenting its product, charity and involvement in the community.
In its first six years, the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am Foundation, Inc. has raised over $3.4 million through corporate sponsorships and other charitable donations. Since its inception 23 years ago, this tournament has contributed over $8.4 million to Tampa Bay area charities. The 2010 Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am will be played at TPC Tampa Bay in Lutz, FL, April 12-18 will be broadcast on the Golf Channel (Friday, 4/16) and NBC Sports (Saturday, 4/17 and Sunday, 4/18).
